Position Summary

Full-Time Therapist (W-2) — Omaha, NE

  • PLMHP, LMHP, LIMHP, LMFT, LCSW (or equivalent)

  • Strong clinical skills and professional documentation

  • Ability to manage a caseload independently

  • Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred

Position Summary

Part-Time Administrative Assistant (W-2) — Omaha, NE

Radiant Counseling is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our growing group practice. This role is essential to maintaining a professional, organized, and welcoming environment for both clients and clinicians.

This position requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to manage administrative tasks with consistency and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage phone calls and client inquiries

  • Support scheduling and coordination through our EHR system

  • Assist with billing and insurance-related administrative tasks

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

  • Support clinicians with operational needs

  • Ensure a welcoming and organized office environment

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage tasks independently

  • Professional communication skills

  • Comfort with technology and electronic health record systems

  • Experience in healthcare or administrative settings preferred

  • Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred
