Reduced Rates

To reduce financial barriers and improve access to mental healthcare, we offer a limited number of reduced-rate spots. Sliding scale rates range from $80 - $100 for sessions with a licensed clinician, and $0 - $25 for sessions with a counseling intern, based on income and household size. These rates are reserved for clients facing financial hardship who do not have insurance.

Counseling Intern

Practicum Students/ Interns are graduate students near to completing their Master's degree programs and are required to meet with clients for the State of Nebraska - in order to be licensed practitioners. These students have been thoroughly interviewed and receive weekly supervision by a licensed and experienced provider. While these students are new to therapy, we are confident in their abilities. With the level of support and supervision they receive, clients receive quality mental health care at a reduced cost.

Payment

Payments are due at time of session. We accept cash, check, and all major credit/debit cards via our secure HIPAA compliant online payment system.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, at least 48 hours notice is required. Clients who do not provide 48 hour notice to cancel/reschedule, will be subject to a $50 charge. Clients who "No Call/ No Show" an appointment or "Late Cancel" (2 hours prior to their appointment), will be subject to a full charge ($120) to their credit card on file.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

Make sure your healthcare provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.
