Felecia Noguera, LIMHP, LCSW
Therapist

Hello there! My name is Felecia Noguera, and I’m truly delighted to be a provider at Radiant Counseling. I began my career as a therapist in community mental health, supporting Latine communities in St. Louis, Missouri. After moving to the Omaha area a little over two years ago, I continued this work before choosing to join this practice—and I’m so glad to be here.

With a background in Social Work, I take a holistic approach to the mental health services I offer. When you work with me, you’re not navigating your challenges alone—you have a teammate by your side. I walk with my clients as we explore and work through the intricacies of trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

I specialize in individual therapy for children, youth, and young adults. I enjoy integrating a variety of therapeutic modalities to meet each person’s unique needs, drawing from evidence‑based practices to support meaningful progress.

I’m genuinely looking forward to supporting you on your mental health journey.

What inspired you to become a therapist?

My family has been a significant source of inspiration for me. My mother and father still practice in the medical field; my father’s parents who were both immigrants, made a significant impact in both physical and mental health fields as a psychiatrist and psychiatric nurse. Growing up around them instilled in me a desire to help others. During high school and college, I developed an interest in psychology and eventually discovered social work. There, I encountered dedicated professionals making a meaningful impact in communities..

What is your favorite self-care activity?

After a busy day, I love unwinding at home with my husband and our dog, Bruno. We enjoy watching our favorite fiction or sci‑fi shows. I also like to crochet and get in a good indoor cycling session—it’s one of my favorite ways to recharge and stay active.

A Favorite Quote or Mantra.

Fun Fact About Me.

I enjoy making silver jewelry and have taken a few silversmithing workshops here in Omaha. It’s a wonderful creative outlet, and I’m excited to get back into it again soon.
