My early life experiences including adoption, adapting to a new language and culture, and working through personal healing helped me develop compassion, resiliency, and a deep understanding of emotional growth. Realizing that people can heal from painful experiences inspired me to pursue Therapy so that I can support others in finding healing, self-acceptance, and hope.

Being at home, gardening, and caring for house plants are some of the ways I practice self-care these activities help me to slow down, stay grounded, and be present in the moment.
