I am currently a graduate student at the University of Nebraska-Omaha, pursuing a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have a bachelor’s degree from Creighton University and worked at a nonprofit for several years after graduation.

My goal is to provide a supportive and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and safe as they explore life’s challenges, difficult emotions, and confusing or painful experiences. I believe that each person is the expert on their own life. My role is to help clients gain insight, reflect on behaviors and experiences, build on their strengths, and discover solutions that align with their unique values and needs. I have experience working with individuals who have experienced anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and women’s issues.

I like to use a person-centered lens when it comes to therapy. I also utilize other therapy modalities, such as psychodynamic and CBT. Even when people face similar challenges, every journey is different. Additionally, a person’s behaviors and identity cannot be separated from the context of their story. I tailor therapy to your individual needs, helping you reconnect with your authentic self and create meaningful change.
